Minimum order quantities depend on the decoration method. For example, screen printing minimums are usually 12 pieces whereas embroidery has no minimums. Give us a call or send us an email and we can help you decide which method will be best for your size order!

The standard turnaround time for an order is 2 weeks from the date it is placed. If you need a “rush” order or to change the due date of your order after it is placed please let us know as soon as possible! We pride ourselves on being able to provide our customers with guaranteed on-time service and delivery every time and we will work with you to ensure this!

Yes, once you have placed an order with us you will be able to reorder products with your custom design or logo at any time with ease!

We do not print or embroider on “bring your own” garments. However, don’t be discouraged! We have an extensive catalog filled with thousands of items that are sure to meet your needs. If you don’t find what you are looking for please give us a call or send us an email and a member of our staff is sure to be able to help you find exactly what you are looking for!

Of course! Customer satisfaction is our main priority, and helping you make your designs come to life is our pleasure. If you have a pre-existing logo, we use the best technology to “digitize” and “vectorize” this artwork, converting your logo into a computer file that can be read by our machines. If you have your own logo or design please send it to us in an email!
